Title

Letter from Raymond T. Swenson to Dr. W.E. Simonds

Description

Raymond T. Swenson, a member of Knox's class of 1920, writes to Dr. Simonds "to make sure that you should hear from those from Knox who are in the Student Army Training Camp here." Swenson describes his work by saying, "Everything is going nicely. All of the boys are enjoying themselves, and there is every reason for it. The training is going to be intensive if what we have had so far is any indication of what is coming." Swenson closes his letter by stating, "The camp life is perhaps no different from that of which you have had described to you by other boys in the service. Yours for a better Knox in 1918-1919 -"
